Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling 354-5545 or by emailing a requested appointment day, date and time or by clicking on “make appointment”.  Although we prefer to see New Patients during regular hours, if you must be seen at other times, we will make every effort to accommodate you.  Again, we are here to satisfy you and want you to have a “wow experience” in our office!

Payment Policies

Payment for all chiropractic services is due at the time of your appointment be it your copayment, co-insurance or payment in full.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex, as well as personal checks.  When applicable, we also accept insurance from leading private insurance carriers.  We also offer very affordable payment plans.

Insurance and Billing

We participate in some plans.  Other plans are so restrictive that we have chosen to not participate, however very often these plans have out-of-network benefits that are the same or better than in-network policies.  We will work this all out for you.  Simply call our office with your insurance information and our expert staff will verify all of your benefits.  They deal with insurance carriers every day and know what questions to ask and how to get the approprate information.   This saves you so much time by not having to call yourself.  Once we learn your benefits, we will modify our financial policies to make your care equally as affordable.
