Directions To Our Office -
Rockland SpineCare is conveniently located at Pacesetter Park on Route 202 in Pomona, NY. (There is a large Stop-N-Shop within the park)
Local:
If you are coming via the Palisades Parkway North, take exit 13, veer around to the right. You will come to a light which is Route 202. Make a right and travel about 1/2 mile. The Pacesetter Park Plaza is on the left. Make a left turn into the center, go as far as you can, then make a right and you will be facing our office.
From Route 45, take it North to the end. Make a left on Route 202 and follow for about 1/2 mile. The Pacesetter Park Plaza is on the left. Make a left turn into the center, go as far as you can, then make a right and you will be facing our office.
From Orange/Sullivan Counties:
Take Thruway South to Exit 16 Harriman. Follow signs to Rt. 6 East. Stay on Rt. 6 to the end and you will reach a traffic circle. Go around the circle and follow signs to Palisades Parkway South. Take to Exit 13. Make a right at the light off the exit which is Rt. 202. Go 1/4 mile and you will pass two small strip shopping centers. Then you will see the Pacesetter Park Shopping Center on the left. Make a left turn into the center. Go straight to the end and then make a right. You will be facing our office.
From Northern Westchester/Putnam Counties:
Take Bear Mountain Bridge to traffic circle. Follow signs to Rt. 9W Haverstraw/Rt. 202. Go around the mountain and you will come to a second circle. Follow signs to the Palisades Parkway South. and then see above directions.
From Central to Lower Westchester:
Take the Tappan Zee Bridge to the Thruway to Exit 13 Palisades Parkway North. Take PIP to Exit 13. Exit veers to the right and you will come to a light which is Rt. 202. Go 3/4 mile passing two small strip shopping centers. Make left into the Pacesetter Park Shopping Center. Go straight to the end and then make a right. You will be facing our office.
From the Bronx:
Take Bronx River Parkway to the Sprain Brook North to Rt. 287 West. Follow signs to Tappan Zee Bridge and follow the Lower Westchester directions.
From Manhattan and Northern Bronx:
Take George Washington Bridge. Immediately stay left to the upper level. Then stay right over the bridge. The first exit is the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Get off and take the PIP North to Exit 13 and follow directions as above from Central to Lower Westchester.
From Queens:
Take Grand Central Parkway to Triboro Bridge. Follow signs to Major Deegan to the George Washington Bridge. Follow above directions.
